The staff here are the nicest people. When I first called to make an appointment for our new puppy they were so unbelievably welcoming and excited for us. When we drop our puppy off they all treat him like he is their own. Everyone holds him and gives him so much attention. I completely trust all the staff there and would highly recommend. Jess was also great with our puppies’ first time being groomed. He hated the blow dryer before he went and came out fine with it !! Can’t say enough great things about them!

Hi, I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Madison. I came to them as my cat had discolouration on his one nail. I was literally balling my eyes out. They immediately asked me to send them a picture so that they could examine what was going on and act accordingly. I was scared as this was my first time dealing with this issue and she was so kind and caring - she gave me a call back and told me what the technician had advised. ALL for no cost at all. Needless to say, if I end up needing a vet tech, I will be coming to this one. Thank you Madison all the staff for being so caring and empathetic during these hard times. Know that your efforts stretch a long way and I will be referring any of my cat mom friends to you! Cheers!
