Overall a good experience, and an interesting combination of Latin American and Asian flavours. We had a little issue with the noise level at first but the hostess was willing to move our table to a quieter location to accomodate us. The service was very friendly overall. The food was served very quickly in a tapas style, and boasted some unique flavour combinations unlike anything I had tasted. Definitely worth the trip.

Superb service from the moment you walk in the door, this beautiful establishment excels in all departments. Attentive and friendly, the waiters are evidently well trained and selected, complementing a fusion menu that is simple, yet exotic in some places, appealing to a range of palates. Yummy cocktails too! Especially liked the Full Brazilian.

Definitely a good spot to hang out with friends. I usually ask for recommendations if it is my first time there. We had more miss than hit dishes. What's disappointing is that the our waiter failed to tell us that the sushi bar was closed that Thursday evening. I mean why wouldn't you let your customers know right away when they are seated that the sushi bar is closed? ...Even after providing some dish recommendations? I thought that was weird and frankly, we were there mainly for their raw and sushi bar.

First impression of Xango was great on many levels! It's beautiful for starters and more importantly, the food was delicious. The croquettas were a perfect blend of flavours and I think would even impress non broccoli eaters The spicy tuna tostada was a really nice take on a spicy tuna roll. I'm in favour of adding some crunch so I appreciated the different textures along with the flavour. The chorizo was good but for the amount of chorizo, I wouldn't order it again. The classic ceviche was really tasty and aside from the fact that the sweet potato was in cubes in the dish versus on the side and the big corn was missing, it treated pretty authentic. I almost snatched the waitresses hand when she pulled the bowl away while it still had a lot of the milk left! The Miami ribs were a really good portion and were totally delicious. I made the mistake of taking in a spoonful of the sauce at the bottom and hit more chili than I knew the dish had! The chocolate dessert with fried dough was so unique and so perfect. Anyone that gives me fried dough to lap up chocolate is pretty awesome in my books! The service was great as well!

We thought the place looked really nice and the service was pretty good but we were very disappointed with the food. We were a group of 6 and we all felt like the quality wasn’t there and some of the dishes were not very tasty (ingredients didn’t go well together). It was definitely overpriced for what it was, will not return
