I applied for my immigration evaluation. Some people told ne this will take months. 1 month at least. However they give mine evaluation in 15 business days I'm so happy with this service. I highly recommend this place

I wish i would have read the reviews before applying! I paid and send docs in Nov 2019. I paid express shipping because their site said fast processing. They took 1 mth to acknowledging they recieved the package, just to say it was missing docs. They asked for docs directly mailed from my school in my country. My school will not do this. so now it's been 3 mths and i'm still waiting for WES. they never answer the phone. Iv spend 150 to get docs mailed from my country , i paid express shipping to send to WES and they are not timely . don't waste your money sending them stuff fast thier communication is slow. updated 27-01-2021 will keep updating ----------------- Feb 3, 2021 I have not received any reply. I called today and waited 1 hr for then to answer . The rep hung up on me instead of assisting in resolving the problem. ‐--------------- March 4,2021 I ended up having to cancel because my school send all original documents and WES did not accept them even tho the envelope was sealed. Now i just hope i dont have issues getting my refund and documents back. Fyi if you cancel because they dont accept the docs you still get charged 50.00 cancel fee.. what a waist of time this was. --------------------- March 11,2021 Last Update: I asked for my original documents back , the ones they did not accept because they were not sent directly to them and didnt have the seal where they wanted, yet now thats the reason they cannot return them to me. See their reply below. Be careful everyone they use excuses for everything. They are not consistant. "Documents sent directly from academic institutions or in sealed envelopes become the property of World Education Services (WES). They cannot be returned to or shared with you. "
I might improve my rating if they are as fast as they claim but, so far, one of the worst customer services I've experienced. Getting these credentials is complicated and we all need some degree of assessment. The information on their website is hard to find/understand (e.g., digital documents, translation requirements) and the customer service is almost never helpful. I had to resend my inquiries twice to get a proper response instead of a semi-automated reply.
#Satisfied!! I was hesitant at first, but I got the result in less than a month. Just make sure to follow and read their instructions when applying. I suggest that you let your institution or school to mail the docs. You can #download the WES #mobile app for tracking and timeline details. I really did not expect to get the result fast. Well, it helped that I did not expect. If you are planning to get ECA, apply it in advance. Thank you, #WES! Got the #badge as well.
Don’t waste money ...!! Not worth the money and time. Bad experience lot of mistake in reports. Bad customer service !! I have a full 4 years bachelors of engineering degree with all 4years transcripts send directly from the university. WES report itself states it’s a 4 years program however in the end the summary showed it’s a 3 and half year program and when I pointed out the error they some how don’t want to correct which is lame. Customer service doesn’t do much either. I had to spend again on a different institution to get it re-evaluated from University of Toronto and got the correct report. Not recommended don’t waste ur time effort and
Honestly i am pretty sure the 5 stars have been bought. I used their services back in 2017 but i still regret it till this day. If you have some other option go for it. P.S: non-profit blabla is so BS you are overcharged for everything. Best of luck dealing with them.
The service is really slow, certainly much slower than they advertised. It's been over a month since they received my document and still they haven't started processing and I have called 6 times so far and with at least 2 escalations. Still they the issue is not resolved and I am just beyond angry and frustrated. They say on the website it'll take 35 biz days but I know that's absolutely not true, not in my case. So I highly recommend you stay away from WES, its's been so frustrating for me.
