Bad reception service. I called to book an appointment fo mammogram on March 23, 2021. Appointment was scheduled on April 06 at 1:40 pm. But no record has been entered in the system or it's been deleted later. When I came at appointed time they couldn't find my name in the schedule. Apologies were not offered.

ENGLISH made easy for KIDS

I went there last week for x-ray and sonography exams. The x-ray guy was very patient and polite to deal with. in and out of the clinic no more than 25 minutes. I would say it was very smooth. The receptionist girl was also very helpful and so kind. They faxed my results back to my doctor in the same day. This place was highly recommend by my specialist. The only downside was the parking.

Not sure about the negative reviews, staff was polite and professional. Office was a bit antiquated but visit was as pleasant as an x-ray and ultra sound could get, was in/out in 20 mins.

Ultrasound technician for pregnancy is horrible, lack patient care, very rude. You should find a replacement.

Visited for an ultrasound which was coded incorrectly and they were unable to do it. Then they set up an appointment for us at another clinic 2 weeks later. When we showed up there they had no record of an appointment being made and we were unable to take the appointment. Made me miss 2 days of work and still didn’t get the ultrasound done. Poor communication all around and very frustrating.

Not a positive experience at this place. We went in for an ultrasound of our baby and the staff was super rude. We were 3 mins late, apologized and still were given attitude. We stayed humble even though they felt they had to mention we were late three different times 2x in the waiting room and once in the examination room. During the ultrasound we were expecting to have some things explained: like the baby’s anatomy but we were told nothing. We were also prohibited to take any pictures or, heaven forbid, have some pictures printed out for us. When asked about the baby’s heart rate, the answer was: “Your doctor will tell you”. What??? During the very first ultrasound at a different location, we were told the heart rate and even allowed to take pictures and got more information. Do NOT expect that at this location. It’s like you’re not allowed to know ANYTHING about your own body/baby! We get that these people are not allowed to diagnose you, but a simple friendly attitude and a print out picture of your baby shouldn’t be this hard to get!! We will never go back to this place again. Please stay away and go ANYWHERE else.
