Worst customer service by the lady at the reception.

Worst doctor experience. The doctor spit her gum out into her bare hand in front of me. She insisted someone hurt my daughter and didn't want to check her ear which we were there for. I immediately went to a different walk-in and was given a different opinion.

Excellent reception, there was a deep cut on the finger, took an hour later, treated the wound and wrote out a prescription. Thank you very much Dr. Sawh!!!

Came here as a walk in to see Dr. Hamid. I was sure that I caught a really bad cold but wanted. To make sure it wasn't anything else. This doctor told me that the cold and the flu are the same and that I was supposed to know that because I am a nurse myself.... Just to let everyone know, if you complain about respiratory problems and the doctor doesn't listen to your breath sounds as part of her assessment... Then something is wrong. Especially when they tell you that the cold and the flu are the same because even Dr google knows the difference between the two

I visited Dr. Hamid on December 2017. She supposed to give a appointment of a specialist and i waited till April 2018 as she said it will take time. It has been so long that why i called at her office and asked them what is update of my appointment thn the receptionist told me there is nothing noted that they are gonna give me appointment. I was so shocked!!! I was suffering for so long..they are so careless and unprofessional. They don’t bother about patient’s problem as they are getting money from government anyways
