Recently got a new XC40 and had a really good experience with Brandon. Throughout the process we never felt unnecessarily pressured, and learned a lot about the car and Volvos generally. What I appreciated most was that even after the deal was signed, Brandon still put a lot of time and effort into working with us up to the delivery and beyond. Some salespeople (cars, real estate) tend to drop off once the deal is done as they have little incentive to invest energy at that point, so the fact that we got great service to the end meant a lot.
Recently visited this dealership and had one of the most pleasant vehicle purchasing experiences. I was helped by Brandon who was calm, knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel at ease and let me take the time to consider everything while made up my mind. Even after the sale was done he took time to research and provide additional and very useful info for me, much appropriated! Should also mention that his manager and the finance manager were very easy going when it came to evaluating my trade-in and working out the financing for the car. Overall, probably one of the best vehicle buying experiences I ever had. Thank you!
Recently purchased a used Volvo from the dealership and dealt with Andrew. There was no pressure to buy a vehicle, Andrew was very thoughtful and attentive to ensure that we were getting the right vehicle for our needs. This was my first time purchasing a used car and Andrew was very knowledgeable on the market and transparent throughout the whole process, which made it a pleasant car purchasing experience. The rest of the Volvo Toronto team was also great in administration and delivery of the vehicle. Overall very happy with the experience I had with the dealership, would do business with again or recommend to others looking to purchase a Volvo.
