Could not be happier with the service. The busses were extremely clean and the drivers are true professionals. Lisa, Sam and Jason took us on a day trip to Algonquin park. We visited many sites and my clients wanted to experience the fall colors. There was nothing they could not handle. On the way back they offered to make a stop so the group can get dinner as it was long weekend traffic coming back. Super impressed with the service. Second to none Great Job guys!

Buses are service are out pf this world. so glad the hotel recommended this company. you definitely get what you pay for and than some. We have now recommended our local suppliers to use this company exclusively.
Crystal went above and beyond to make sure that every detail was met. It started with the fast and efficient reply of the initial email. She took the time to know what the group really wanted and suggested some great restaurants. We were going to take the train from Toronto to Montreal, but ended up taking the bus for 5 days. The driver Sam was unbelievable. He is truly a 5 star professional driver. He was very attentive to our needs and knows the routing very well. In Quebec City he surprised us with a visit and a tour of the Chateau Frontenac!!! There was never a dull moment on the trip and Sam maneuvered the bus like it was a smart car. I truly thank the staff at VIP and the name definitely speaks for itself!
Great choice when coming into Toronto. We had a true professional driver, and a very well kept greeter to meet us at the airport. It seems they do a lot of celebrity and manager work as they are well coordinated. Doesn't matter your status you are definitely treated like a VIP! We will definitely recommend to others looking for a great service
