Fantastic, amazing and recommended! Especially during these crazy times of Covid 19, Vespa Toronto West delivered. Ange and Lou are phenomenal, courteous, informative, patient and most of all reassuring. They have been servicing my Vespa GTS for quite some time and has always exceeded my expectations. Moreover, my safety has always been considered when dealing with Vespa! It is always enjoyable with no pressure...at all when it comes to pricing! In fact, his suggestions and recommendations were honest and I was able to process them on my time. He has introduced me to his team he calls, Family! We live in BC and after contacting the dealers here we were disappointed that we could not get the models that we wanted. I contacted Vespa Toronto West and they had both scooters we wanted and shipped them to us in BC quickly and reasonably. They have all the accessories in stock and were great to deal with. So even if you're in Western Canada it is worth contacting them!

I have always wanted a scooter and the iconic scooter is a Vespa; even Jason Borne rides a Vespa. Lou and the people at Toronto West made owning my own Vespa a pleasure. Even in these weird times Lou made it possible for me to get my Vespa. Even though the store has to be closed for Covid, Lou did everything over the phone and website and even delivered my Primavera in his pickup. Great service. I can't stop smiling, it's a Vespa thing.
