I had stayed in the apartment for seven months! it was really a great experience living here. The room is clean, stylish, quiet, highly secure, and equipped with all facilities and tools for a comfortable life. The parking is privately owned for use, which is extremely convenient to access from my room and meanwhile safely guarded by an electric door from the outside. It is located in the downtown center, close to various stores and the beautiful lake. So I frequently needed to make a choice for those questions: \Which store I would better go to\ or \should I ride my bike along the lake or just run along the lake to build my body?\ or \which park should I go to enjoy today's sunshine?\ Anyway, it's a fantastic place, and I would highly recommend it to others.

Mediocre describes this company exactly in the short version: the Walmart or Canadian Tire experience if you will. Overall I would say choosing this company can be justified. However, understand there are drawbacks as listed below. This establishment has a lot of five-star reviews on google map. If they are fake or just done by people who don't know or have never experienced better are questions I would again let the readers themselves to decide. I can state I am not fake: no companies would ever hire someone to give a 2 start review. The long version: Pros: 1. Take credit card 2. fast email response Cons: 1. Refuse to repair major appliances bluntly. Yes, you can go through Ontario landlord-tenant board for noncompliance with Ontarian laws, but you won't because of the nature of the short-lease living. See the leaked water from the refrigerator in the attached picture, for instance. If they know and are trying to abuse this tendency is a question I will leave for readers to decide. 2. low-quality items All Ikea stuff from knives to mattress. 3. Moderately unreliable maintenance Just because they replied does not mean they would come and fix. You have to follow up frequently because they would forget about your request. My guess is it is due to a combination of their lack of care and poor system.

Wow! My booking with Urban Flats Toronto was for a month but I loved the place so much that I ended up staying for almost a year (had it not been for work, I would have continued to stay)!! The unit - Super clean & modern and perfect size for a couple. There is nothing more that I could have asked for in terms of comfort and quality. The condo building - such a warm community of people, location was fantastic - close to subway lines and minutes from the Financial district plus all grocery stores in the vicinity. The Team - amazing team, always prompt and willing to help! Tara Q was very supportive and a gem! She is an asset to the team. Verdict - looking for a place in Toronto - look no further! Exceptionally good customer service. Tara, Lee-Anne and Jeffrey deserve a special note of appreciation. I had a very pleasant stay. The place was clean, fully furnished, and well equipped with all necessary kitchen, cleaning and other items. Any maintenance issues were promptly responded to. In the one instance where repair took some, adequate alternatives were provided. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a temporary or even a somewhat long term accommodation at some of the best locations downtown Toronto.

I have no hesitation to highly recommend this place. My wife, our two kids and I quarantined at the Taylor suite. The apartment is great, well furnished, linens are spectacular, bathroom has heated floor, wifi is fast, and kitchen is fully equipped. But the most impressive of all was the service. They provided us with everything we needed as we could not leave the apartment for 14 days. Would definitely stay here again!
