I wish I could give more than 5 stars! As a new pet owner I was very nervous of sending my dog to a daycare that wouldn't understand his needs. Many places I checked out seemed like one big room for dogs to run wild in. As soon as I met with Kate at Unleashed, I knew Bruno would be in amazing hands. It's so clear that Kate and her team love dogs and only want to enrich their lives. Bruno has become so confident and happy and learnt how to make friends through his time at Unleashed. They are more than just a dog daycare, they really go above and beyond for each dog that comes into their care. I encourage everyone who has a dog to experience Unleashed! Thank you Kate & Unleashed team, you have brought so much happiness to our life!

We started sending our pup to Unleashed during the pandemic because he was getting super attached to us and we wanted to build up his independence. What a great decision that was! For the last few months, our twice-weekly Adventure Hikes have been a lifesaver. Our pup is stimulated and comes home happy and tired from a big play. Kate and Sierra are highly communicative and show so much care and love for all the pups. Regular photos and videos of their adventures are a perfect way to get a glimpse into the fun the pups have while they're away! We've recommended Unleashed to friends who are already loving it!
Unleashed in the City has been such a vital outlet and social opportunity for our pandemic puppy, who is anxious in new situations. Unlike other daycares in the city, Kate and her team provide training, engagement and enrichment throughout the day - this isn't a typical daycare with 30 dogs running around with minimal supervision. Kate also provided very helpful training after hours for our puppy to tackle some less-than-ideal behaviours. I know they're providing a great environment because my dog gets excited as soon as she recognizes the daycare car route and can't wait to get inside and see her pals!
Kate & her team have been instrumental to helping me raise my dog. From a his early days as a puppy, Unleashed had been like his second family and home. Kate was awesome providing me with loads of guidance and tips to help me along the way as a new puppy owner. With my busy travel & work schedule, it was piece of mind knowing that I had the extra help to reinforce his training, My dog is turning 5 next month, went from from Puppy Play Care to Adventure Hike enthusiast with Kate and her team.
My puppy has been going here for a few weeks now and we love it! They provide excellent care and service. It is run by knowledgeable people who love the dogs like their own.
