i had searched online for weeks before i stumbled on the Google Maps listing and saw the great reviews. i had a trailer hitch that needed sawing off and re-drilling. i walked off the street into Ultimate Workshop and Chuck immediately understood the job. He took precise measurements, sawed and drilled, filed all the rough edges and even threw in paint. it’s hard to find and it was a bit messy but the workmanship and value are great. Thanks Chuck!

It is the THE place for people wanting to make things out of wood, metal or plastic. Charles is UBER skilled and can help you make anything. I have make many items here including my own paddle, knives, frames for antique doors and many other items. I recommend the ULTIMATE WORKSHOP for anyone with no skill all the way to highly skilled.

I rarely do reviews. I'm usually too busy. But after completing my project at the Ultimate Workshop, I had to write something. The service was amazing. I was extremely rusty in the woodworking department when I stopped by, but Charles was great. He help guide me through the process and offered expert advice all the way though. Plus the shop has a great selection of industrial tools I could never own. I can't wait to go back for welding, or to use the cnc machine. My new favourite! Thanks guys, Adam

I go to Charles for expertise and occasional fabrication. I consider myself handy but there are some things that I can't do - or just don't have the time - so then I go to Charles. He's very reasonable - he runs that place.

I wanted to find a space where I could finally learn to how to make my own small pieces of furniture. I got alot of help and all the tools and equipment was right there. Great place with great assistance.

I did a project here about a year ago. The equipment is in bad shape, as is the tooling. It ended up costing me more to make a part than it would have cost me to get it made at a shop (and it would have turned out better). If you're more interested in doing something yourself (even if it costs more), I recommend NewMakeIt in Newmarket. It's much less expensive (30/day), and there's no extra hourly charge for using the equipment, unlike the Ultimate Workshop which charges a membership plus hourly rates. NewMakeIt has a MUCH wider selection of equipment, much cleaner, more space, and the equipment is in much better shape. It sounds like a 1-star review, but I still managed to get the part I needed done. It took way too long, and was way too expensive, and results were barely acceptable, but it still worked...
