This apartment is very awful. I have the worst experience living here. The heater of each unit is on the room roof, which means the heat is controlled by down stair neighbour. I started to living in this building in 2016. That winter my down stair neighbour refused to leave the heater on for me. I claimed this issue to the rental office. They didn't get give me a satisfied solution. During 2016 winter, I was freezing in my room. Now, 2017 winter is coming, this issue continues. The heater is not always warm. I am tired of going back and forth with down stair neighbour and rental office. I am planning to move out next year. So I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT TO ANYONE. DO NOT RENT THIS APARTMENT. Also, there are a lot of cockroaches! I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STAR OR NEGATIVE INFINITE STARS!
