Great guy, excellent and very accommodating. Vinh is an excellent individual, if you get a chance to get to know him. I would very much recommend him to anyone needing anything pertain to legal matters. A self made professional lawyer that looks after everyone, he'll go to your place if need be or simply meet anywhere convenient. He helped is a lot and learned new things about immigration.

My fiancé and I met with him earlier today to notarize a document and it went by smoothly and efficiently. Do not get thrown off by his policies and rules pre appointment as these are basic and should be rules that we all follow throughout our every day lives, ie: be efficient, respect someone's time, communicate, be understanding to the person whos services that you are seeking out, and come prepared. If you don't have any of those qualities then this man is not for you, and therefore you should go elsewhere. He comes prepared and does his job smoothly and he's very professional. I will recommend him to anyone that I know who is in need of the services in which he offers, and I will go back again if I require his services.
