I was late for my appointment (completely my fault), the worker called me to ensure I was heading over for the time and was very nice and respectful when I arrived. Service was great and it showed they cared about COVID guidelines and safety. Overall, great experience with Toronto Gold

Hello, I am a repeat customer at your store. Last summer I was sold 2 bars stamped Johnston & Matthey. The bars were stamped .999 but upon further inspection (visiting an actual smelter, not just a dealer with a scanner) they were found to be .997 and the dealer knew right away, apparently it is a known problem with bars bearing this stamp. All in all this cost me 200 per bar, only fetching 2,200 when gold was trading at 2,400. The asian gentlemen at your store knew he was selling an inferior product. I wanted to make sure I was getting the best value per dollar, opting for bars instead of coins. \I think we still have a few Johnston & Matthey's left back thare\ he said, smiling. He knew exactly what he was doing. And I have attached a receipt to prove that I made this purchase. Apparently asking someone to be honest and do the right thing is \fraud\ and \extortion

Definitely very satisfied 2nd visit and truly thankful staff of Toronto Gold taken time take look at items I brought in honest friendly professional. We're Were most places wouldn't do that for free most places I've hered charge u ridiculous amount to look at item to see if it was gold or not friends I told were surprised when told them was not charged fees or anything. Kind of people who are true business and fare. I appreciate your business and honest feedback and do spread the word and my present experience with service I received. Thank you again plan to continue to do business if I stumble across anything else in my cleaning up or journey in general.
