We booked this place for a residential job, and as such are rating it based off of the services they provided...enterprises might have a more fortunate and fruitful experience! The service technicians were overall very friendly, but didn't seem to have the patience or care/skill necessary for handling a house re-wire. My roommate booked them to re-wire our 2 storey house, and I sat in to let them do their thing...Unfortunately, after they cut up and inspected a good 3rd of the basement ceiling and some walls of the upper floors, they realized the job was too difficult and aborted after re-wiring less than a meter of cable (I.e. Completing less than 2% of the work needed to be done). Throughout the inspection, they managed to cut into some vents, scratch some copper pipes (very close to cutting into it and causing massive leaks!), and cut the insulation of an electrical wire....it seemed the only thing stopping an emergency was sheer luck. To add insult to injury, we were still billed 140 and left with excessive repairs to manage ourselves. I appreciate the fact that the technicians were persistent in trying to get the job done, but a little more patience and thoughtful planning could have avoided lots of the unnecessary scares and repair work. I'd give them a 1/5 but my roommate says they deserved an extra star cause there were two of them...
Don't trust these guys. We had booked an appointment for some cabling work.They did not show up and later sent us a price by email. Their price was way too high. They are not worth it. Avoid them.
