As someone who's family lives in Toronto, I constantly visit the city for extended periods of time. Last year, I discovered TBA and have been hosted by them several times ever since, and in several different condos. They, hands down, have the best customer service, my trips are much easier planned with them. Raed and Bassam reply to any inquiry within minutes and always make their guests feel like their comfort and convenience is top priority at all times. They provide self check-ins for non restrictive arrival times, and would guide you through the city if you are new. More importantly, the condos are always gorgeous, clean and in prime location! The furniture is very modern and classy, with spacious and fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms. I highly recommend TBA and would give them 5 stars every single time!
Excellent service! We spent ten months in a gorgeous suite in East York Toronto. Bassam was extremely helpful and friendly during all the period of our stay. The unit was stunning, even better than it looked like in the advertisement pictures. The sunsets on the balcony were one of the highlights of our days! Although we have some problems with the cleaning and a lack of power on our first day, Bassam managed to overcome the issues quickly. I hope soon we will be back in Toronto and we will be glad to do business with Toronto Boutique Apartments again.
I truly value and respect how this company operates.They always give 110% to offering the best customer service imaginable. I also recently found out that the company donates a portion of its dwellings to at-risk women and children through a program called Safe Transitions that helps survivors of domestic abuse transition out of shelters. This makes me feel even better about supporting such an ethical, socially-aware company. I am grateful for all that they do for clients and society alike!
I had an excellent experience with Toronto boutique apartments. The place my boyfriend and I stayed at was very modern, clean, and situated at a great location. The service we received from the team was fantastic, they were very efficient and reliable. Thank you again for a great stay!
