The owner of this place is simply a good guy, very friendly, the vibe of this store is great. I had a flat tire, he had to replace the tube and got me a free in great condition used tire, and as if it wasn't enough, he greased the chain and adjusted the breaks and tires, when I wanted to pay what he deserved, he argued it was too much and took only a little bit more because I insisted on it!!! EXCELLENT service. I visited the shop a few weeks ago, searching out a low rise E-bike. They didn't have what I needed but were quick to point out, I should seek on line for what I was looking for. I did just that, and purchased an E-Bike on-line. A RadRunner. It came in a box, and I brought it to Toronto Bike Repair. They had it put together and tuned up within 24 hours. I even got a phone call mid day to check with me on a parts question. Great pricing for the work done! Very impressed with staff who went the extra mile helping to load/unload bike to my car. Courteous, friendly and knowledgeable, when it comes time to do any repair/tuneup to my E-bike, I will certainly be returning to this shop for their expertise. Thank you, Toronto Bike Repair!
Brought my bike in recently for tune up and repair, and I must say that after 20 years of riding I finally found the most honest and friendly service I’ve been looking for. The manager Angelo is terrific and you can tell he just loves what he does. He almost makes you feel like you’re family. Highly recommended bike store - I wish I could give them more than 5 stars !!
Always a pleasure! Great, knowledgeable repair persons who offer a reasonable price with quick turn-around. Expect service to take a little bit longer during the pandemic, but they're commuted to get you and your bike up and riding as soon as possible.
They have what you want and can order what you need! Stumbling into this shop one day, in need of some bicycle maintenance, I walked in to find the owner Angelo, Nate, and another guy in the back diligently working on a bike. The feedback and knowledge I gained in that visit and subsequent visits after that has been SUPER valuable to a bike rebuild I am tackling over the winter.
