I will always remember my interview process at TMX because it was one of the worst. I read some reviews and struggling to understand how this organization gets good reviews. My first and 2nd impression are about the same.....very very low. The salary offered was well below the going rate! Think twice about joining this group at this time. They are undergoing many changes, with people being let go and a lot of uncertainty. Their IT group is lacking direction and they are trying to head into new methodologies without proper training, experience. and commitment.....it's the wild west.
