I want to say I got the best customer service ever at the Knit Cafe! I am short one skein of yarn for a sweater and they went way above my expectations to ensure my project would look awesome. I bought wool from them in the past on a few occasions (their selection is very nice!) but I have been treated like a VIP regardless. I am very grateful for that little shop on Roncesvalles that helped me keep saine during that pandemie! Thank you Knit Cafe wonderful people for being the best LYS ever!

One of my go-to yarn stores for hard-to-find wool, and for rug-hooking supplies.
Visited in late February. I walked in—ill prepared for my next knitting project—and the salesperson patiently and graciously helped me gather all my needles and yarns AND helped me decipher my very complicated-and-beyond-my-knitting-level pattern and gave me heartfelt encouragement and inspiration. After an hour of answering my questions and looking through my project to help me with any complicated directions, she wound my yarn into a beautiful ball. I left the shop excited about my project and looking forward to my next visit to the shop!
