We had an excellent experience today at the curbside check in. We didn't have an order to pick up; we just needed paint chip samples or brochures to choose a paint. The employee at curbside was so helpful and really went above and beyond to help us out. We were so impressed and felt really taken care of. He was able to go in and grab a wide variety of paint chips and catalogs for us to choose colours from. Excellent customer service. Thank you!!

Curbside pickup here is fairly slow (10-12 minute average) and the signage arrows point in different directions and direct you to the wrong area. Can't say I blame the apathy. COVID sucks and waiting a little bit doesn't mean much these days

It is a nightmare to buy something from the Home Depot online. It takes one hour to get what you paid for. I was in front of the shop when I placed my order and had to wait for another hour to get it. What usually takes 5-8 min, this shop can handle only in one hour. It was the last time I bought something from the Home Depot.

I was at The Home Depot in order to pick up office supplies and was very impressed with the safety measures and protocols that the staff has put into place. I was also able to find all my required items with ease and a great selection. The staff was very helpful and courteous and was able to address all my concerns and questions (specifically about paint that I required). I do think that The Home Depot is a great location for anyone who is looking for items for home (or office, should you be able to still attend). Highly recommended!
