Came in to have a quick meal and watch bit of the game. The burger was not that good..get the pizza. Either the truffle or the spicy salami. Staff were ok -they could be trained to be snappier and more professional. Our server seemed new and lost when explaining the menu. Saying "it's good" on every item we asked questions about is not helpful...it's just lazy with no effort. Anyway it's more of a bar/club so i understand a bit but it's covid so adapt your staff!

First time coming here. It was nice, food was okay. The nachos had way too much cheese. The pasta tasted very good. Dancing was fun, but it got really crowded around midnight to the point where we literally couldn't move throughout the bar area, so we left. Overall pretty good but would only go back for dinner.
Happy hour is a must! Cheap wine and a handful of apps to choose from for next to nothing. We stayed on for dinner and were very pleased. The food was tasty and while our server wasn't very knowledgeable she was definitely trying her best.
My friends and I (group of 10) went to The Citizen for their NYE event of a dinner and dance. I had the pleasure of booking tickets with Anne, who was extremely helpful, resourceful and patient with all our questions prior to purchasing tickets. During a time of year that can be quite stressful, Anne made the entire process stress free. Thank you, Anne! Our server, Talia (I hope I'm spelling your name right!), was wonderful. She made sure everyone had drinks and anything else needed, was very attentive, kind and we never felt like we were waiting for service. Thank you so much Talia for making our evening a wonderful experience at The Citizen. We'd also like to thank the manager (unfortunately I didn't catch his name), who made superb wine recommendations and was also very friendly and personable! The food was amazing (great chefs!!), wonderful presentation and setup. You could cut that steak with a butter knife, seriously, and I don't know how you made the mashed potatoes but they were absolutely amazing. If it isn't obvious by now, we were VERY impressed. Absolute top notch in every way. Thank you Citizen staff for all your amazing work that evening!
The Fries are Tasty-just right Crunchy on the outside-Soft on the inside, the Lobsters are Fresh, the Prime Rib is Juicy... Cool Décor ! Just the Lovely Atmosphere to hang out with Friends & Family !
First bar visited in Phase 2 and really disappointed. Orders missing, happy hour removed without notice (only reason we booked) and mandatory 18% tip for all table sizes. Refused to split the bills due to restrictions apparently. Not other premises I have visited has this policy. The table had to split the bill ourselves so the card machine was still passed around between the staff and customers. This apparently is what they are trying to avoid by not splitting bills! Food was mediocre and a TERRIBLE Espresso Martini, worst I have ever had. Generally a bad experience.
Expensive and mediocre, you are better off going elsewhere for dinner, it is a good night spot after dinner service, however stay away from the overpriced watered down cocktails. It turns into a packed dance bar at night, if that’s your scene, but you wont be able to use any of the booths unless you purchase bottle service.
Cool vibes, good music that everyone can relate to, beautiful decor. Kind of felt like partying in a large living room with a bar. A little too bright for a late night destination.
