I attended the school at Thai Massage Toronto and received my certification to practice Thai massage. Prior to choosing to study there, I did my research on other Thai massage schools in Toronto. Their website was easy to navigate, I received a response instantly in terms of questions and I felt they were the most knowledgeable. Currently, I am a practitioner and I still attend additional levels at the school to advance my skill set. Deanna Villa is an excellent teacher. She is totally in her element when she is teaching. We got to give and receive massage from the techniques learnt, so we really understood and felt what was being taught. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of practicing Thai massage to go to Thai Massage Toronto!

I transferred to Thai Massage Toronto from another school and was amazed at how much safer their approach was for both a client and a practitioner. Deanna Villa teaches Thai Massage the way that allows you to make a long-standing injury-free career as a therapist. It's is not only about how to deliver a great session but also why it has to be done that way here in Canada where the body types and the issues the clients have are so different from those in Thailand. I highly recommend this school to anyone who is serious about becoming a therapist, and also to those of us who just want a great massage session that brings both healing and a deeper understanding of what our bodies are asking for.
Just had my first Thai massage at the new Mississauga studio- what a welcoming room - warm and beautifully decorated. The ambiance had a restful and soothing feel. I became instantly relaxed just being there. Sine, the thai practitioner, was amazing! During the massage i was aware of my calm breathing. This was 90 minutes of bliss. I didn't want this session to end. I floated out of the building - i felt good for a week - my sore muscles relaxed and were at peace. Going back soon for more.
TMT school is well located, well appointed and very good about answering questions clearly and promptly. And then there is Deanna! Wonderful instructor, well planned Level 1 course and her energy and care makes you want to keep coming back. Just signed up for Level 2.
Amazing place, great experience!!! I will for sure do all my other courses/classes here! I like welcoming atmosphere where I instantly connect to the surrounding and I feel home. Deana is attentive to students!
Heather is a wonderful therapist with magical hands and a great personality. She has released so much tension from my muscles, and is very in tune with what I need during our sessions. Highly recommend this place, and Heather in particular!
Studying at Thai Massage Toronto was such a pleasurable experience! Not only was the information delivered in a professional manner, but TMT's approach is easy to understand and very effective. I've been using the Thai Massage Toronto style for almost 3 years and can honestly say that studying with Deanna (Master Teacher and Owner) was the best decision I ever made. She is very attentive, open and her communication is top notch. The studio is extremely clean and very comfortable, with the class sizes always remaining small and intimate. I left feeling confident to pursue my Thai Massage career with very helpful handouts and DVD's in hand, not to mention the constant support since graduating. I look forward to going back every time they have other levels available and more knowledge to share. I highly recommend studying here.
