My first time at this travel clinic was a very positive experience. I received thorough information about required vaccines for travel to Africa, however, I was told that there was a lack of yellow fever vaccine and that the dose I was given was sufficient for one year. This was FALSE information. I was stopped at the border and told I needed the full dose otherwise I would not be allowed in the country. I declined the vaccine offered but had to pay to be allowed to cross from Kenya to Tanzania. I wrote a letter to the clinic after my trip explaining the experience and extra cost and didn't even receive an acknowledgement.
I've been going to Medisys for several years for annual preventive health assessments. I've always had excellent experiences there. The clinicians are friendly, knowledgable, collaborative and dedicated - and the facilities are top notch. I've also taken advantage of their new 24/7 app service, Medisys365, which offers members unlimited access to clinicians via text and video chat any time of the day or night - which is extremely convenient for busy people. I'd highly recommend Medisys.
