I could hardly think of a better location to set up a lounge like this, what keeps me coming back is the inconspicuous diligence of staff to maintain the neat, tidy, quiet and inviting appearance and ambiance even during the rush hours ... True oasis at Union station. Hope the network expands.
Walked in 5 minutes before close, and the service was still amazing. Offered cookies and a hot drink to go, very apologetic that we couldn't stay to enjoy the beverage. Kudos to the guy working there because he does a great job !
Good place to have take a quick rest with refreshments like coffee, tea, cookies and apples in comfy seat. Has fast wifi and many outlets to charge phone. My only wish is that there is a baby change table in the washroom.
Unexpected lounge in a train station but very clean, bright place to unwind before catching a train
Good place to come to have a seat, drink some tea/coffee and relax. Must have the Infinite Card to enter(you can bring 1 guest with you) They have different varieties of teas, coffee, lemon water, cookies and some fruits. Comfy chairs, charging stations, free wifi. The whole place can fit around 25 people. Staff is friendly and during busy hours will help you out with your drinks.
The front desk guy definitely isn't the friendliest or the happiest at his job, and this is based on multiple visits.
This lounge is a comfy serene place on the top floor of Union Station. Available to TD Visa Infinite cardholders. There’s complimentary tea coffee and snacks, wifi, charging stations and screens with train schedules. If you are travelling on UP, VIA, GO or even TTC then this is the perfect spot to charge your phone batteries, go on line and have a refreshment. Thank you TD Visa!
