This was my first orchestra experience and I very much enjoyed it. I attended the Beethoven Symphony Orchestra and it was very much pleasing to the ears.

Great artists! Great performance! Great sound! Comfortable chairs and a clearly visible scene! Terribly dirty carpet in the lobby of the building :-( Therefore, not 5 stars!

It's a beautiful venue to watch the Toronto Symphony Orchestra perform. The acoustics are amazing. It doesn't feel like you're cramped when you're seated in your own section. Nor does it feel like a whole lot of people when you're wandering around the venue. The orchestra itself is superb. Definitely will be returning soon.

Fantastic performances of orchestral music. Make sure to get grand stage seats as acoustic at Roy Thompson Hall not the greatest to have best enjoyment.

OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE - What a treat! It’s been a long time since I’ve been back to Roy Thompson Hall to listen to the Toronto Symphony Orchestra. Way too long. Wow, they’re better than they’ve ever been, and they’ve always been great. This week’s performance focused on the repertoire of John Williams, arguably the most notable and honoured film composer of all time. And wow, did the TSO ever do justice to his music. Every performance was outstanding, with special note to the wonderful solo performances. From the amazing clarinet, through to the piccolo, flutes, and terrific French horn section, they offered a true appreciation for how Williams worked his scores to show off the range of instruments in the orchestra. And the TSO was totally up for the task. What a treat and pleasure to listen to. They offered a whole new admiration for the greatness of Williams’s work. STANDING OVATION

I don't think that there's a bad seat in the house. The acoustics of Roy Thomson hall are impeccable. We saw the latest performance (now over) of the Music of John Williams. Master composer and virtuosic Toronto Symphony. It couldn't get any better. Look for future events.
