The best sushi restaurant in downtown. Very reasonable price, always FRESH, FAST service and great taste. Been going there for 3-4 years. And I tried many other restaurants in downtown and this is the only one where I go to get sushi. Xtra on Queen is the best!

The restaurant is a bit basic, but the sushi quality speaks for itself. Every item I have had at this restaurant has been of top quality. The spicy butterfish rolls are particularly excellent.
Nice atmosphere and service, the food is well priced and there area daily and lunch deals. Its pricey after 3PM but it's good quality and well prepared.

Had a great time here at lunch with my coworkers. Got a ton of food from their bento box menu at 8 - 14 bucks and there was a great variety and almost more than we could eat. Food was fast despite the restaurant being at capacity. The servers were hurried and somewhat impolite, but they got the food out quickly so I'll be back for sure.
My bento box contained a cockroach in it and they took it away from me before I could snap a picture. We just started eating so when I seen that my son and mom both stop eating their food and they expected us to pay for our food that was barely touched. After I refuse to pay the manager and FOH was rude to us like we did something wrong. When I ran to the bathroom cause I had to throw up there was dhiarrea on both washroom seats. This place is very unsanitary and disgusting.
They get 2 stars for their friendly service and big portions but as far as sushi quality and overall taste - not great. I am an assistant and order for my boss and others - Can't serve this to executives. Ordered on just eat and although I do understand that delivery sometimes affects the temperature, I am disappointed. The miso soups and hot spring rolls were both below and atop the maki set tray, thereby creating an oven-like container for the sushi to sit in. Upon arrival, the sushi was quite warm, the spring rolls were total mush. In addition, the avocados were brown, the tuna was fishy and the salmon was all white in several pieces (fat only). We also requested extra ginger and spicy mayo, both of which were not included. Regardless, we ate about 20% of the sushi, took about 2 sips of our very salty, chunky miso and had a bite of spring roll before throwing the entire thing out and ordering from somewhere else.
