Great shop! Excellent selection and customer service! Ordered two sets of guitar strings that I would not be able to find anywhere else locally. One set was not in-stock, but Leonard kept me updated, even offered to send them separately if I wanted. They arrived a couple days later, and they were even hand delivered on a Saturday. Only one week after placing the order, very quick order fulfillment especially considering the out of stock set. Would not hesitate to shop here again, and likely will fairly soon. If you’re looking for some high quality guitar strings this store is like a hidden gem. Support local smaller businesses and check them out!

There are people, who will go an extra mile, However Leonard is the person, who is willing to go ten extra miles to make a happy customer. This is the first time we contacted Leonard for our needs related to violin accessories and we are astonished by his approach and kindness. While tuning my violin the tailpipe literally fell apart. I took my instrument to numerous companies for repair and was advised that it was beyond repair, and that I should just get a new purchased. While surfing on FB, I saw this store’s advertisement and could not wait for day to light in order to call. I spoke to the owner Leonard and he was just wonderful. I dropped off the instrument and within two days it was repaired. HALLELUJAH!!! Thank you Leonard for your excellent service, my violin sounds even better now than before. This company will get my business anytime, prices are cost effective, Impeccable service, very friendly and reliable. I highly, highly recommend this company
I went to get a cello bridge replacement. This store is honestly amazing! The store owner is really friendly and patient. They offer a really good price and also helped me fix minor problems without a cost. The owner also spent lots of time teaching what to look out for. I definitely recommend this store to all string players!!
I can attest that all these 5 star ratings were well earned. This guy goes above and beyond. Though I won't go into specific details, he really does care about the instruments he sells. I will say that I ordered a violinon his website Saturday, and he had itin my hands Saturday night. The experience was almost surreal. I would not hesitate to send people his way if anyone expresse interest in stringed instruments. I will make every effort to give him my business anytime I need anything he sells. I owe him atleast that much.
Leonard saw me on such short notice! Really patiently showed me the ropes as I'm a complete beginner and takes genuine interest in his clients' experience with learning the instrument and taking proper care of it. What an awesome experience! Thank you so much again Leonard!!
