DO NOT HIRE Stephenson Engineering Ltd particularly JESSICA WONG! She claims she has over 10 years of work experience but how does an individual who specializes in condominium Reserve Fund Studies purposely use a lower Reserve Fund opening balance and raise our minimum Reserve Fund balance to keep our yearly contributions increased for another three years. In my opinion, the only word to describe her is CORRUPT. If you are seeking a professional engineering company and a professional engineer, please look for someone else!!!!!

The engineers from Stephenson Engineering, along with our incompetent property manager advised our board of directors to start a major project with inadequate funds. The drawings associated with this project were overpriced compared to other companies and included items that were designed but never completed. After starting the project, the engineers conducted a Class 2 Reserve Fund Study claiming our corporation had a lack of Reserve Fund. Due to their negligence the project took almost a year to complete and a special assessment was issued for 2 years resulting in an increase to our condominium fees ranging from 1500.00 to 2200.00 per month to assist in completing the project they started with inadequate funds. This is the worst company ever!!!
Beware: 5 star reviews sayimg nothing, combined with 1 star reviews, you can bet the company is behind the 5 stars, and the public is rating 1 star...Lousy results here at my condo, year after year, recommended by the 1 star Crossbridge condo management, incompetent in a word.
Interviewed here last year, the individual interviewing myself had ego problems. When I mentioned PMP he got really angry lol and boasted how he got this far without the PMP. Definitely not a leader.
