It wasn’t hard to get an appointment and they sent a reminder after a year to check if my orthotics were still good. They have a new laser machine (pictured) and were very friendly.
We have been using step by step foot care for almost 15 years now and couldn't be happier. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and they work with you to find the right treatment for you're specific ailment. They found the simplest solution even if it wasn't the most costly one which speaks to the character of the staff. Hanifa has always been there to greet us with a smile and has become more than just an acquaintance she has become a family friend. In fact not only would I highly recommend using step by step but have done so with my own family and close friends. Thanks again to everyone in the office I can now walk pain free and it has changed my life!
