I spoked to Sonya (hope spelling is correct) on the phone in regards to my delivery order. Sonya, the salesperson made inappropriate comments towards me which are very unprofessional on her part. I addressed to the Manager. Sonya never apologized and showed no remorse. Even though, I find their items useful, I would not recommend this store. I will go to Shoppers’ Drug Mart Health Medical Supplies Store instead.

Decent service and knowledgeable. They were helpful in finding what i needed but couldn't recommend other stuff for what they did not carry. Plenty of selection and bulk packs with extensive orthopaedics and support wear. The staff are not bad they are just not the type to give professional medical advice. More like customer service reps. Parking available and reachable by ttc.
I dealt with Yolanda on the phone yesterday to obtain some dressing supplies. Not only was she very helpful, she was extremely knowledgeable and easy to deal with as well. I will not hesitate to use Starkmans sevices again. And my supplies were delivered around 9 am. I could not have asked for more. Thank you. Sandra
Is there a star rating lower than one? Refused to accept a return of a completely unused walker citing COVID as the reason. Thankfully my son didn't need it after surgery, but i guess it was too much work for them to disinfect it? While I tried to be as polite as possible because I assume everyone is stressed these days, I felt the manager was extremely unhelpful and curt at best, rude and money-grabbing at worst. Made me feel like I was in the wrong simply trying to get a pediatric walker back out into the world.
When I went in a male staff employee helped me. He was patient, polite, quick and knowledgeable.
