If you're thinking of ordering food from here, DON'T! PLEASE EAT AT HOME. I made an order for pick up last night for my guests. I specifically mentioned 2 x 2 lb wings and while on the phone, the person taking my order interrupted me saying \what flavours?\ and I repeated myself again saying 2 x 2 lb wings with the flavours. Once there, I only saw one container, so I told them that they probably got the order wrong cause I ordered 2 x 2 lb wings. I repeated the order again and waited a few minutes for the rest to come up. It was only after I opened the containers that I found out they got it wrong!!! they gave me 3 lb wings of one flavour and 1 lb of the other. They were both cold, disgusting and small. I've been to many St. Louis branches and this is the worst by far!! (look at the pictures for how disgusting their food is) Also, tried calling them 60 times after I found out what happened, nobody picked up and their voicemail was full.

Great spot to have food when in a rush. The customer service is prompt, pricing is affordable, fantastic atmosphere. I highly recommend this spot.
Wings are average at best. They’re stingy with the fries too. St. Louis is going downhill. Probably not returning. Also, 1 for basically a spoonful of dill sauce, really guys? You think you’re saving money by cutting corners but you’re really losing customers. Lol.
Got 8 pieces of wings honey garlic. The taste changed, wasnt crispy at all, sauces were just salty, and paid 20 for these. Btw i ate them right in front of store to try them in best condition.
All you can eat wings... Paala supposed to be the hottest sauce was not hot. Our server Nicole was very pleasant, great service.
