Sat at the new "bar" and had a lamb shawarma (without the pita). They were accommodating, generous and the lamb was wonderful. The same-day "pickled" turnip was sweet but great. Looks like fresh chicken is still available in the back, plus fresh eggs for good prices -- bought six duck eggs upon leaving.

My boyfriend and I had a great experience at St. Andrew! He ordered the Joy Fried Chicken and I had the lamb shawarma - the food was delicious. The chefs were also really knowledgeable about their food, and we got to try samples of the brisket. We're definitely going back soon :)
The best blue cheese I've ever had in my life. Beautifully renovated storefront made for a warm welcoming. Wonderful experience all around. Will be back.
On a cold November day I stumbled into this place, hungry and feeling lonely after my move back to Toronto from Montreal. I was driven to distraction by the smells from the Foodie Kitchen, and in the course of my pursuit for the city's best fried chicken I found my Shangri-La. It is by far the best fried chicken I have ever had the privilege to try, and I scarfed it down faster than dreams fade. With regret I looked down at my empty plate, and with hope I look forward to another meal--will I try anything else, guaranteed to be as delicious as it smells, or will I repeat this dreamy experience?
I went there for the first time on Friday for Lunch and I really enjoyed the Food. The Staff was very professional and the workers were very polite. I like that I was greeted as soon as I entered and any questions I had on the spot were answered. I ended up trying the Chicken Shawarma that day and it's now become the best Chicken Shawarma I've had in the T Dot. Keep up the great work and the next time I'm in that area I'm gonna be sure to try the French fries next I've heard great things about them. One love St Andrew Poultry Staff
Terrible customer services, Went for some poultry and they are open from two on the afternoon so they say, got there a little earlier, waited over twenty minutes after two, still not open (Tuesday), their calendar hours has not Thursdays at all, their business hours are not regular people business hours. No respect, they never see me again and will not order any catering, my money they don't deserve, I am so piss I could write a book about this store.
I ate there. I liked it. Good food, nice people.
Love the food! Love the lunch counter and the variety of take out.
