Great service and staff! I took my Maltese there for his full grooming and he falls in love with the staff, especially Felipe. He was happy and comfortable even after a bad grooming experience he had in the past in a different place. I will definitely bring him here from now on! We’re super happy with everything!

I was a little nervous about bringing my 5 month old puppy Winston here based on these reviews but I have to say I’m glad I brought him! The groomer, Philippe, did an amazing job on him. Winston loved him and he made sure to ask me exactly how I wanted him groomed. All the staff I dealt with was also extremely pleasant. I told them that I would maybe be about 15 minutes late picking him up and they had no problem with it, and I was not charged extra. I would definitely recommend this place! Also the people complaining about cost - grooming is expensive. Taking a grooming course is extremely expensive (I’ve looked into it) and if you want to pay cheap prices, go to petsmart where the staff doesn’t actually know what they’re doing, they’re just trained by someone. They also sell high quality items like smoochy poochy, and as someone who’s worked for a pet store before, I can tell you that that brand is expensive no matter where you buy it. Seriously, it was a great experience, please try it out.
I take my puppy Johhny to get full grooming services once a month and I can always trust Felipe for quality services and a job well done. Felipe is really good with Johnny and I appreciate his approach when addressing Johnny. Felipe is very courteous and always takes time to answer any questions I might have. If you choose Felipe as your groomer, you and are definitely in good hands. The staff is extremely friendly and personable.
Wonderful staff and a host of unique pet supplies. It's a bright and cheerful space that my dogs cannot pass by.
Finally I found a great groomer for my Westie!! So impressed with Philippe. He knows his way around to do a show standard cut. The staff at the store is super friendly and nice. Definitely coming back. Keep up the great job!
I could not be more disappointed with this place !!! It is quite pricey to begin with but I was running late on my birthday ( between work and my daughter ) and they wanted to charge me extra 30 on top of 75 plus tax that I was scheduled . I was genuinely upset and quite frustrated and told them that there is no way I’m paying this amount . Nobody did tell me that during the booking . The worse part is that instead of trying to work with me and take my dog anyway she was very cold and kept saying that’s there policy . Please , there is so many places in this area where you can get your dog groomed , if you want to be respect and feel that they really genuinely care about you and your dog , find another place !!! I hope the owners read my review and think twice next time they try to charge a customer ! And please , change your manager ! She has no clue about customer relation and how to negotiate and at least make an effort to keep a customer !!! The store will loose a lot I. A long run!!!! I’m extremely disappointed !
Just started going here recently with my pup. He’s a big boy and normally puts up a fight when getting groomed. He was very calm with the new groomer there named Philip. I am very happy with the cut and I will be returned for sure!
be very careful to read the fine print. My puppy was recovering from surgery and I couldn't bring him in to try on collars. I was told I could return whichever one didn't fit, so I decided to take both sizes. When I returned them within the hour, I was told that there are no refunds. This was not explained, there is nothing posted in the store. It is on the receipt, but that still wouldn't have helped as the receipt is generated after purchase. Shameful business practice.
