In over thirty years of household moves (over twenty all over the country), this was by far the best moving experience I have ever had. The movers were prompt, courteous, kind and considerate, clean and efficient, in moving my mother into assisted living and my things into storage and an office. They completed everything on time and did not even take any break. I have two more moves this month and specially requested these two guys as they were just the best! Customer service is also first rate, Mike and Alex were extremely flexible, responsive, and accurate, and the price was accurate and fair. Overall well worth a perfect five star rating.

Movers make permanent white scratch mark on the floor. Stopped for coffee. charged me almost double the quote for a studio apt. I did have to call to ask where the movers were while I was waiting at the new condo for them, it had been over 30mins waiting at the new place. I left from the old condo and saw the truck loaded when I got in the car to leave. Got blood on my boxes and white dresser. Said it wasn’t them but threw a bandaid wrapper outside my door. Nice guys though :/ As I can’t reply to the response by the company This isn’t a fake, I have added the photos below now I want to add this is a brand new never lived in condo and the landlord had made blue tape marks on imperfections for the builder, this white scratch was 100% the movers. I did get a missed call after leaving this review. I have since reached out via email.

In a few words, Alex and crew were phenomenal! We have a serious load of stuff and they moved us from Brampton to North York flawlessly(1 day of packing, they drove both trucks, and they unloaded everything!) They were on time, fast, efficient, and friendly! To top it off, this company is definitely the best value for your cash! I would absolutely recommend them for any move!

SEMS Moving did an awesome job! They were able to pack all my things and move it to my new place in less the time than they estimated! I had an estimator come out and give an estimate, he was very courteous and very informative. When the movers arrived at my house, they knew exactly what to do and did not waste any time. They were very respectful and ended up finishing my move an hour less than the ot to exceed\ they gave me. I am now all unpacked and nothing is missing nor damaged! They really made my experience stress free, Thank you SEMS!!

SEMs Moving and Storage are everything you want in a mover. The initial response was within minutes. The quote for our small office was a simple hourly rate for labor and an inclusive travel fee. They totally knew what crew and truck size was required. The movers arrived a few minutes early, and were professional, quick, and careful. They stayed focused, and were great to work with. I highly recommend this company to anyone.
