An satisfactory offer was negotiated. No much questions about my car condition were asked and process seemed to be easy. My old car was going to be picked up from the dealership where I was picking up my new vehicle. Plates were transferred to my new car. Scapy Inc / Scrapcargta guys show up on time. The entire declaration posted on affiliated scrapcargta.ca “We pay what we quote on the phone and do not try to reduce the price at the time of picking up your vehicle” went out of the window very fast. The list of Scapy Inc. guys pointing to what was wrong with my car was getting longer and longer by the second as if they were expecting me to hand them over my new car not the one I wanted to be scrapped. The staging was also made to the perfection. Once they made sure I will be left with no options, and aware of a costly towing need of the old car when I would not agree to what they were willing to pay, they offered only 45% of the previously agreed offer.
I had an old car that was no longer running so needed to be scrapped. Alex offered me a better price than the 2 other places I called. Michael and his associate were 15 minutes late for our scheduled pickup in Burlington, which is within reason. Everyone was polite and professional throughout the whole process.
First time working with these guys. Very friendly and they were early. Professional and got the job done quick. I will recommend these guys. Best experience I have had yet with tow truck drivers. Thanks
Will use scapy.ca again. I have to say the everything went smoothly from the time I enter my information in the website until the vehicle was picked up. The Pickup guy was on time. They looked over the car, ownership paper were signed and payment received, they loaded up the vehicle and gone. professionally done. Thank you again.
