SansCanvas is a great company that provides exceptional customer service and fast turnaround times. At the initial email inquiry about a job I wanted to have produced, I received an email back within 2 hours with Daniel answering all of my questions. He was very helpful, as I did not have much knowledge in terms of 3D printing. The process was very fast and when I decided on what I would like to have printed, Daniel sent me a professional quote right away. We received our job within 2 days of placing the order. We were very happy with the finished product. What stood out about our experience with SansCanvas is that Daniel took the time to change our file (one we got off of Thingiverse) in order to optimize it for his particular 3D printer. His engineering background is very beneficial and aided in the outcome of the job. The prices are also good as well. Overall, our expectations were exceeded and I would definitely recommend SansCanvas to anyone who needs something 3D printed!
