Receptionist refuses to tell me if they’ve even received my referral from my doctor. I waited six weeks just to find out that they claimed to not have my doctor’s referral. When I got my doctor’s office to send it again a second time, I called them back, and the receptionist refused to tell me if they’ve even received the referral. She said I had to wait multiple weeks again, because “it’s just easier that way for us.” Won’t even check if a simple fax came in, after I’ve waited over six weeks for nothing. Absolutely awful behaviour.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cohen’s for several years and wanted share my experience for anyone looking for a knowledgeable professional who really cares about the people he treats. The reason there is sometimes a wait demonstrates exactly Dr. Cohen’s dedication and commitment to his patients. Rather than rushing through appointments so he can optimize billing, dr. Cohen takes the time that each individual requires when they walk through the door; listening to/addressing concerns, providing overviews of treatment options and talking through the latest learnings in his field, all while having a great sense of humour. If your goal is to find an experienced and well respected doctor that loves what he does and cares about his patients than you have found yourself a safe set of hands with Dr. Cohen.
Extremely rude receptionists, I thought it’s only me until I read the other reviews!!! Doctor seems to rely on trial and error method a lot, in my case felt like he didn’t have a clue on the actual issue and gave new sample medicines every time I was asked to visit. Didn’t pay attention on the details, tries to close the appointment as soon as possible and of course wanted a follow up appointment in few weeks!! Definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here if they have the option to chose.
I when to see a dermatologist. He pretty much prescribed the same thing that my family doctor give. I specifically told him it's not working.
Many have expressed concerns about wait times, that has not been my experience. Last appointment ( Feb 4, 2021) I walked in, barely sat down and the doctor was ready to see me. Show up early, on time and you should not experience any extended wait time.
