Friendly and fast service. Clean and good looking decor. Fair prices and good tasting food. Doesn't taste much different than other middle eastern restaurants. Portion sizes are reasonable as well.
Delicious!! First time ordering from Red Castle and the food was excellent, fresh, arrived hot. Way better then ordering a pizza and cheaper too. Real food and the owner prides himself on customer service. Im so glad we found this place. This is now our new favourite GO TO!! Thank you Red Castle!
Their food and service was suburb, this is my favorite restaurant in Toronto, I always try to go there when I'm in the area. Trust me, you'll thank me later once you try it out! (P.S There is this one lady who was very sweet, and was able to complete my order very quickly despite working alone that day and being busy). When I see her working from outside the enclosure I always go in, as this one time where i went and someone else was working she was rude and was very lazy/slow when completing my order and her food presentation was unappealing. Overall in order for a restaurant to be good there always has to be good service! Hope you guys can deal with this issue of customer service as it should always be consistent rather than waiting for that one server to be there in order for me to feel welcomed.
Quite decent falafel, and very reasonable prices. Service is a little slow, even when just having a wrap made at the counter, but they do it properly. Good place for vegetarians.
Casual dine-in and take-out. Very decent prices and surprisingly superb quality. Friendly service. This place is definitely my favourite for shwarma
Went in as a recommendation and was left dissatisfied. The food was reheated in the microwave in the back and the chicken plate we order was 85% rice and salad. We didn't think it was possible but he was more disgusted with the 20% off card we tried to use , than we were with the food.
I have been looking for the best chicken shawarma in Toronto and just found it. Look no further. Spicy is definitely hot!
