Overall experience with them was good, below key points to be noted please in a good spirit - - as a first time home buyer, i was not having much idea of the process and kept following for the processes to be done, I was only interacting with there law office clerk and never had a feeling of interacting with any lawyer and they assumed I know all details of process and closing, though all process was done smoothly but may be they may add a session in the process for new home buyers to make them aware of everything before the closing - the fee part looked a bit not transparent though not much of a difference, but it was not 999 that was quoted in the website, I hired the services as soon as I bought the property and sent all things as needed 2 months in advance, I never knew that mortgage instrcutions need to be sent to them a week in advance else they will charge a rush fee, they only followed up for mortagage instructions to be sent in time but never mentioned about this rush fees if its sent late (or may be they were not clear on that part, else I would had mentioned that to my mortgage agent who kept saying things can work till a day before as well), a rush fees of 280 dollars pinched and I feel was not fair, apart from that the experince was ok Aprt from the above 2 constructive things the overall experience was great.
