Great service. It is one of the best places for custom jewelry design. You can customize your jewelry from A-Z!!! They are very knowledgeable and provide you with honest and professional feedback to maximize your satisfaction. I have been their customer since 2007 and through out the years I designed a number of custom pieces with their guidance and they made exactly what I asked for. Every time they amazed me with their talent and art work.

Rads was nothing short of a wonderful experience. Aside from being a true professional, Mohammed is a highly knowledgeable and genuine person who consistently provides stellar customer service. He helped my (future) husband find the perfect engagement/wedding band ring set. He truly cares about what you are looking for and works within your budget and ideals to find the perfect rings. He also ensured we had all the necessary information to make an educated decision. We never felt pressured during the entire buying process. I highly recommend Rads. I look forward to returning there for a milestone anniversary band in the future.
I have only had wonderful experiences in dealing with Mohammad and his wife Nicki. My husband bought my engagement ring at RADS over 10 years ago and I still get compliments on it all the time (non-covid times, right now hardly leaving the house!) I have since worked with Mohammad to create multiple necklaces and my wedding bands. He is a pleasure to deal with—knowledgeable, kind and great prices. 5 stars isn't even enough for them!!! 10 Mohmmad and his team are AMAZING!! My engagement ring and our wedding bands are from him. He came highly recommended to us and we couldn't have been happier. Clearly now we highly recommend him to everyone. I can't wait to go back and get some other pieces from him. If you are looking for a reasonable jeweller; they are the people to go and see. Been going to back here several times since I heard about them earlier in the year. I got my engagement ring from here, as well as wedding bands. Great rates on all items that I purchased, I would recommend this place 100%. Great customer service, can ask as many questions as you want, they don't pressure you to make a purchase, and are always willing to let you change your mind if needed. With making big puchases like jewellery, you want to feel comfortable with the people you are doing business with.
