I booked the tour back in April 2017 when I was in Toronto on business trip. Nathan picked me up from my hotel downtown well on time. He's a lovely friendly person very knowledgeable & professional and lovely to talk to. If I ever come again with my family here again I will definitely use his service.

I’m extremely happy I booked my tour with these guys. I read up on the reviews before I left and this tour company had the highest rating. It’s nice, simple, and transparent about payment. Tour guide was friendly but most importantly on time! It will set you back about 100 bucks for the day.
This tour was in a comfortable mini bus with 8 others. We were picked up from our hotel at 7:30am. The early pick up was great because there was no traffic during our drive and no crowds in Niagara yet so we enjoyed our few hours there with no lines. The rest of the day was great with Niagara on the Lake and some other stops. Wine tasting was a nice addition. Big thanks to our tour guide Nathan.
We loved this day tour. We looked at different companies and this one was the best due to leaving early in the morning to beat all the crowds, as well as only going with a small group vs a large tour bus. We loved not having to drive and our tour guide was so knowledgeable and helpful. We highly recommend you do this for the day. You won’t regret it!
Nathan was a fabulous guide! He informed us of all the places and excursions we should visit that helped maximize our tour time experience. He was quite knowledgeable of the history of all places we visited and I much appreciated his punctuality for getting us where we needed to be on time. I opted for the helicopter tour excursion instead of the boat ride so Nathan and Sam certainly accommodated for me. As a solo traveler amongst the rest of my tour group, they both treated me like family and would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants a guide that has been doing this for many years, travelers who are tight on time in terms of taking a day trip to Niagara Falls (730-5pm), who want to avoid the large bus tours, and who may not be unsure of which excursions to do upfront. I very much enjoyed the wine tasting event at the end (it was such a treat!) and I appreciated that I was picked-up and dropped off at my hotel. Thank you Queen Tours for an experience I will never forget!
