Positive Challenge is a non-profit organization that aims to analyze current social issues in Farsi-speaking society (e.g. gender inequality, racism, unemployment etc.) and find potential solutions to them in a very introspective way as well as providing support for young people in our community who have experienced these problems. Positive Challenge develops critical thinking and problem-solving skills of members of the community to: First, think about why some social issues (e.g. gender inequality, racism etc.) are still present in the community; and secondly, how we can work together to find potential solutions and solve these issues in our community as a team. Positive Challenge achieves this by hosting debate-based events that challenge people’s minds and guide them to think “outside the box”. The highlights and discussed topics at each event will be recorded, and all members' opinions and points of views will be put altogether to create a short video about that topic. The videos will then be published on Positive Challenge’s website and social media pages to increase awareness in the community, induce critical thinking of members, take initiative and suggests potential solutions to that specific social issue.
