Nice outdoor seating area and excellent service! Food was overall delicious, but the calamari was a touch overcooked. Really liked the chocolate cake, had a unique texture from coarser ground nuts. Owner was really friendly as well and chatted with us.

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary which fell on a Sunday this year. We chose Positano as it was around the corner from us and one of the few restaurants open Sunday. What a fabulous find. Plenty of curb side seating ( though it pretty well filled up) which we prefer during this COVID pandemic. The food was delicious! Southern Italian. We split a insalata Nostrana salad ( arugula, fennel, caramelized walnuts, shaved parmigiana with a balsamic vinaigrette). My wife had a Paesana pizza and I had a penne alla zing area ( sausage, mushrooms, roasted peppers and tomato basil sauce). Delightful flavours. Wine is relatively inexpensive as was the meal. Half what you would pay on Yonge. Service excellent. Highly recommended. Best Italian restaurant in neighbourhood. Definitely will go back.

Amazing food. My husband and I got the specials. He the squid ink seafood pasta (not pictured) Me braised beef short rib. It was so good we got a second pasta to share. They are not heavy handed with seasoning. The server recommended a beautiful red that I fell in love with. He really knew his stuff. It was our second time there and it was just as good as the first time even though it was years ago. Love that. 2 pasta, 1 meat, app, dessert plus 2 glasses of red came to around 130 so not super expensive.

This is obviously one of the most attractive place in the neighborhood. Anytime I come there I am awfully satisfied. They preserve their high level service and the topmost level of dishes they provide. You no doubt will love this place. Warmly recommended.
