I had a situation where I needed to contact the police. The Officers at 11 Division took my call and informed me that they can send an officer to me I can go into the station and speak with an officer. I decided to go the station when I had an opportunity. My situation was handled professionally and in a timely manner. Officers at 11 Division were courteous and respectful. I appreciate and am very thankful for the service I received.
I went to the station and the front desk gave me good services.very professional and friendly staff.
Called to ask if they do background checks and etc and the lady seemed irritated to even respond to me for the simplest of questions. Not to mention I say ok thank you bye and she just hangs up, we really got the best people working for the public
Thanks to the good people at 11 division. Best of people here; kind, honest, and true. This division is a shining example of what Canada is all about. Happy Canada Day weekend to everyone at the station.
This is where I was taken from 22 division to spend the night for my bail hearing in the following morning. They put me in a room with a cement bunker on a cold hard concrete floor in my socks. They kept my boots because they said that they are steel toe when in fact they were made of carbon fiber, no steel of any kind. In the morning I was given a stale salmon sandwich that made me sick. I was taken in a court services vehicle in my socks on the outside pavement. My toes went numb and I could not feel the blood circulation in my feet due to the cold concrete. There even was no toilet paper to use if I had to use the toilet. I felt treated worse then the animals at the Toronto Zoo. Even they get better treatment of God's creatures. All this was being recorded by their video surveillance. This is an injustice to human dignity of how they treat people of whom pay their wages through taxes, so sad.
Great professional help with our son who was going through some mental health challenges. Prompt, courteous, respectful, the definition of to Serve and Protect. TCP High Park area resident.
