My experience with Pinto Jewelry was fantastic! They helped me create a beautiful custom wedding ring, and didn't even blink an eye at our rather unusual request. They also came in with an idea for pendant designs. They responded to questions and requests quickly and were very helpful. I couldn't be happier with my experience & the result :) that made me to go back for another visit and get myself a new ring which I LOVE! I highly recommend to go and visit their shop!

With a recent experience at this Jewellery store, all I can say is that I am glad to have met Allan and his team to sell my gold to them. I would highly recommend their service as they would just simply give you the best price for your gold. They are both friendly and fair!
Wish they modernized the way they serve customers. The guy behind the counter was very warm and welcoming at first, a bit pushy but that was fine. Then when we got the quote to sell, he insisted that we sell but we only scanning the market. And even though we had a lot more jewelery to sell, suddenly seeing a rude attitude (when asked if it was okay that we scan elsewhere before making a decision, the guy said \it's NOT OK but go ahead\. Who talks that way to customers? But no hard feelings. They need to learn new ways of serving customers. It's a very traditional store and hope they'll survive the competition by changing that attitude. Good customer service would have led to us selling most of our dormant gold.
Amazing, honest service! I had a new watch that needed the battery replaced. After spending 15 minutes trying to fix it, he told me it wasn’t the battery but the cheap parts the watch was made with (eBay buy). He wouldn’t accept any money for trying to fix it! I was so grateful that I went back later and asked if they could replace all the parts, since I loved the watch so much. I have it back now at a reasonable price, and it works perfectly! So happy that I wasn’t taken advantage of and was provided with such exceptional service.
