Jeff came to fix our telephone system the same day he was very Knowledgeable and not expensive we called Bell canada but they no longer fix inside problems and had us looking for an interconnect our self Luckily we found toronto phone repair Highly recommended Thank you

Broke my smart phone. If your like me your smart phone is your life and my Note 2 had just suffered a broken screen. Toronto phone repair answered my call and reassured me they could get the phone up and running in no time. A lot of places repair phones, but not everyone offers same day service. If you stumbled upon this business, call it you'll be happy you did.

Waste of money. Jeff came in to give a quote for a few installations as well as one phone repair, for which he charged us a diagnostic fee (95). Asked to email a quote for the job, I sent him an email to ensure that he had my address. Its been a few weeks and have yet to hear anything. Really unprofessional.

I don't think I've ever had such rude service in my life - and completely uncalled for! I was also told they \don't fix cell phones\, which makes a lot of sense considering the name of the store. Transcript of my calls from today: Employee: Hi, how can I help you? Me: I was wondering what time you're open till today? The on button on my boyfriend's phone is broken and I was wondering if that's something you could take a look at. Employee: What kind of phone? Me: I think it's a Nexus. Employee: We don't fix cell phones. *hangs up* (Thinking I misheard or got disconnected, since the business is called \Toronto Phone Repair\, I call back.) Me: Hi, I was just speaking with you and we got disconnected. Same Employee: I already told you I don't do phones. Stop calling, I'm busy. *hangs up again* Please take your business elsewhere!! I know I wouldn't want someone who can't even be civil on a brief phone call to have access to my phone or any other device.
