My dog died early morning and Amy was very helpful and was able to provide the info we needed. She was able to give me schedule right away and assisted us when I brought my dog few hours later. Great service. Thank You Amy and Helen.

We were going through a hard time. The same day our beloved Lily passed, we got in touch with Helen at Pets at Peace, who was great to set up an appointment just hours in advance. All the information that you'd be looking for is very transparently laid out on the website; there were no surprises all throughout. When we arrived, Helen warmly greeted us and walked us through the procedures. It was quick - not more than 10 minutes to finalize the decision-making process and paperwork; this was what we had hoped for, as we had already said our goodbyes and just needed to focus on grieving. We had the option to spend some extra time with Lily before going. Nothing was complicated. There was no pressure at all to do anything beyond what we wanted; no advertisements for fancier urns or fancier services (though private pet cremation was restricted at the time, due to the pandemic.) We dropped off Lily on the 21st, and received her back on the 30th - about half a week earlier than anticipated. The urns that are available to choose from were lovely, and lived up to expectations. With Helen's help, Pets at Peace took care of our Lily and our spirits. We did not need for it to be any more traumatizing than it already was. Thank you.
I was so impressed with the quality of service I received at Pets At Peace when my little Dickens passed, I’ve recommended Helen to several friends who all share my high opinion of her commitment to providing the best possible assistance in a time of need. Losing a pet is difficult, but having empathic support from people who truly understand what you’re going through, makes a real difference. She can be trusted to take the best care of your best friend. I can highly recommend Helen for her prompt responsiveness and attention to detail, but most of all, for her kindness when you need it most.
It's no wonder Pet's At Peace has nothing but 5 stars. We have nothing but praise for how Helen took care of us and our beloved cat. We sent an email to the company and Helen responded via call that same day. The first thing I heard my hubby say after picking up the phone, was "thank you", so this told me he was given immediate condolences. She made time for us to come in with our cat the next day and was able to have our bub's ashes returned four days later. Helen cares about every furred and furless that comes through her door and we were treated with patience, compassion and kindness the entire time. As you can see in the pictures, Pets At Peace offers a wide variety of urns, frames, jewelry etc for people to keep their loved one in. There was never any sales pitch or pressure to buy and tissues were readily available for my tears. We cannot overstate how positive our experience here was and we will be recommending Helen to all our friends and family.
Due to the unfortunate passing of my furrsun Sparklez i was truly blessed to having him for 14 years.. Pets at Peace gave me a comfort of being able to sooth my sadness, with great comfort of Helens services. The cost are truly responsible and I would recommend everyone to definitely go on the website and take a look..
Helen helped us so much with the passing of our dog. We don’t own a car and she picked up our beloved dog from the vet herself and helped us arrange a burial even though these services are not listed on her website. What I appreciate most is she did not even hesitate or falter to go out of her way to do this. Thank you Helen. You have helped countless people in the darkest of times. I pray you get repaid with an abundance of light, love and blessings for all the people and pets you have helped.

After a heartbreaking 48 hrs , I found pets at pease and I am so grateful to Helen for her help . She has been the light in this horrible dark time. She treated me and my baby with so much respect and dignity. I would recommend her services to anyone looking for a calm , compassionate and professional way to handle such a loss. She is amazing and I know my Baby would’ve liked her!! Just knowing a kind hearted person took care of my girl makes me feel more at peace. Rest In Peace Gucci girl.
I love Helen! I called her one morning to inquire about my cat Meow Meow who died at the vet hours before. The most unforgettable part is , I called her and had a relieving call with her and she wasn't even open yet! I didn't even realize that until I finished the call, such a blessing! She was the calm to what felt like a tornado. She's professional and gives you options that at your vet , they just literally push into your face right away. I appreciate everything she did and I hope others will find this hidden angel in the world of sadness.
