Ordered from them for the first time. Food was great. They forgot to include a side dish that should come with the order. But I was too far away already so can't go back. I told Patois about it. They graciously refunded the side dish's amount from the order. Great customer service!

Awful experience. For starters, the 20 oxtail dish had maybe one actual mouthful of meat and 8 or 9 large pieces of bone. Second, I selected the potato salad as the side and they gave me coleslaw instead. Next, the 5 beef patty, which in the pictures on Uber Eats and their website looks house-made, is actually just a convenience store patty. The 24 jerk chicken Chow Mein was way over sauced and again, hardly any meat. Oh, and the 15 dirty fried rice? It's equivalent at any Chinese restaurant would have been double the size and half the price. After tax and delivery, for 80 this was awful. So glad this place has such a great take out menu during lockdown! If you can’t book a table at Patois, grab some Red Stripe and set your table at home for the next best experience possible. Or just order some cookie batter French toast. It’s insanely good.
Creative and colourful decor, very detailed down to the handle of the door! I ordered takeout through an app and the food was ready as scheduled. The staff who greeted me provided good customer service. When I opened my takeout container, the food was nice and hot! The jerk chicken was juicy and not dry. However, for my palette, I would prefer if the seasoning could penetrate deeper through the chicken and also if the chicken could be spicier.
We’ve ordered multiple times from Patois for takeout since last year. Every time they continue to impress, we had the feast for 2 and everything travelled so well. The burger was gone in 2 seconds as well as the fried chicken. Now with their Dim Sum box they have again hit it out of the park! Thank you Patois!! A must try for their takeout feasts, care packages and now the dim sum!
