Came here as part of group party so not sure if the service would have been any different. First thing, everything is served in small glasses, small plates etc. It was really weird eating course after course on this tiny tea plate. The food was excellent, we had 'family' style, so can't say anything about the portions, but we were very fully after 5-6 courses of various dishes. If your a cheese cake lover, their cheese cake is lighter and less dense and more like mouse, which I appreciated after how full I was, but if you like the thicker cheese cake, this is just a heads up. The service was sporadic, you would think if they're serving drink in these tiny glasses you would think they would come around frequently asking to refill but they didn't until they realized we were getting frustrated. Overall, the atmosphere was great, the food was good. Location was excellent and would defiantly recommend.

I went here for the first time last week. I heard great things about their Pizza, so decided to try couple of them with my friend. We started off with fried calamari and mussels, for our main we had their picante pizza and salmon pizza (this was their special). The mussels were great, loved the sauce. Fried calamari was ok but could be better, I did like their home made sauce that came with it. Pizza, have to say it was one of the better pizza I had in the city, picante pizza was spicy, so if you are not a spicy fan, maybe its not for you. The salmon pizza, which I rarely seen in Toronto, was excellent. I am a big fan of smoked salmon, so it was perfect. I hope they make this one of their permanent item. Will definitely make a visit back to try their other items on the menu. The place looked great and our server was very friendly.
Came here with my wife for the first time. My wife however came here with her sister week before and she wanted to bring me here because they have Osso Bucco on the menu and I love Osso Bucco. I have to say, I was skeptical at first when I read some of the review, but I have eaten at various restaurants in the city and around the world, no one is perfect when they first open. My wife and her sister mentioned they had a great time as well and great service from a wonderful lady name Courtney. So came here with a open mind and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. From walking in the front door to the such a beautiful architecture and the lovely lady that greeted us, I believe her name was Tina, and we were seated by the window in the room with the beautiful painting of the three ladies. Our server Mo was great and attentive. He explained us the menu and suggested the specials, even though it sounded great but I already knew what I wanted, my Osso Bucco. We ordered the Sword fish carpaccio and Rughetta salad to start. My wife ordered gluten free pasta. I have had Osso Bucco at other places, this was far one of the best Osso Bucco I had in a very long time. It was so good, I am still thinking about it day later. It was so soft and tender. For drinks I tried their negroni first which was perfect and with my meal I tried glass of chianti, I was surprised they had all their wines by the glasses including the amarone. It was nice to see the chef, who came by our table to see how we are enjoying our meal, which I was pleased. For the dessert Mo suggested Chocolate Tulip since it was gluten free and my wife can enjoy. It was very good. Overall, I must say the experience at Ganzi was amazing. They did well more than what I was hoping for and the food was amazing. I am definitely going to make this my goto place for Osso Bucco in the city, maybe next time I will try their pizza since Mo told us their Pizza is very good.
