After the kitchen fire I was devastated.My wife and I were shocked and dint know what to do. Called ONT and within couple of minutes they came to my house and started packing and moving everything. They helped us to move to the hotel and took care of the claim from the beginning to the end. We’ve never seen any service like this, we didn’t have any stress with my insurance, ONT claims team were handling this. All valuable stuff was restored, house cleaned, disinfected. It was super quick response and high quality service.you can definitely tell that they care about clients, not about money. Recommend
Be aware!!! Insurance Fraud Company!!! I called this company when my parents had some water coming through the window and after 1 hour bunch of guys showed up and basically they said that it will cost my parents of dollars if my mother didn't call the insurance!!! They keep insisting like they wore helping out by telling us to call the insurance and lie to our insurance provider that we have a burst pipe!!! However i notified the insurance and they brought there own contractors to help me out!!! The insurance adjuster explained to me that they are under investigation!!!! Just be aware this guys are completely insurance fraud!!!

Monday morning found my office flooded. Pipe got busted. Looked online for companies. Called 3 company’s, they all wanted to get work order signed and didn’t want to give a proper price. Sounded scary didn’t want to sign up for cost I can’t pay. Called the forth company, ONT. They were very reassuring and fair. Soni gave the price from beforehand and guided me though all the insurance process. Ask for him. They did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend.
I don't know where to begin, calling ONT was a really good decision. We had a flood in our office building overnight and when we walked into the building the water was flowing through the doors. Soni and his team came in within 25 mins of our call with 4 vans and crews and start pumping out the water inmediately. They setup fans are other high tech equipment right after and came daily to monitor it Now our office is back to normal and in way better shape than it was before. Hopefully we never run into this situation again but if we do we know who to call. Highly recommend
Had very severe sewer backed up, found ONT Restoration on Google. After I called in, Mr. Sunny was at my house within 45 minutes. Their team approached the situation in the most professional manner, cleaned up, disinfected and made sure we were satisfied. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks Ont. Restoration
My experience with ONT was aamzing! A few weeks ago I had a flood in my condo and I was panciking! Luckily I got on the phone with them and Soni answered. He came in within 30 mins with his team and immediately started dealing with the water. They also guided me every single way with dealinf with the insurance company and helped me every step of the way Thank you once again and I will make sure if anyone I know who has the same problem to contact ONT Restoration
